PPW billing procedure - Foreign or international insurance

All persons with international Insurance are kindly requested to either email ihchinfo@ezorg.nl or present a valid insurance card or certificate to us before their first appointment

Direct billing agreements

To help simplify the billing process for you, we have negotiated special PPW direct billing agreements with Cigna (formerly vanBreda); Allianz (NATO and Iran Tribunal employees only); European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) holders; and AON student insurance ('Complete' policy only)

Your insurance company should provide you with an overview of any bills they have paid to us on your behalf. Please settle any co-payments with us as soon as possible if you are not reimbursed in full by your insurance company.

Other international insurances

If your insurance company is not listed above, we will send the bill directly to you, once the case for your specialist treatment has been closed.  Please settle your bill with us directly, once it has been received.   Once you have paid us, you can then forward the invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Patients living outside of The Netherlands

Please be aware that if you are living outside of The Netherlands, you will be required to pay for your specialist consultation on the day of your appointment

No-show / Cancellation fees

We adhere to a strict 24-hour No-show / cancellation policy.  Therefore, please be aware that unless we receive at least 24 hours notice by emailing us, prior to the cancellation of an appointment with one of our specialists, you will receive an invoice and be charged a No-show / cancellation fee of 45 euros.  The fee is not usually reimbursed by your insurance company and is payable to us directly.
