Dr Ana Martin

I graduated 7 years ago from the University of Granada in Spain, and moved to the Netherlands right after to pursue my career in dentistry. During my master’s, I discovered my real passion for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, which led me to further specialize through postgraduate studies at SCOE in Barcelona and IDEOD in Sevilla, where I graduated as MSc Ortodoncia.

At IHCH, I work exclusively as a specialist in orthodontics, focusing on clear aligner therapy. During my specialization, I learned about all the different orthodontic techniques, and like many others, I was amazed by how powerful clear aligners can be. I firmly believe that with a proper diagnosis and the right tools, clear aligners can do much more than just correct minor issues —they can truly transform smiles in a beautiful and more comfortable way.

I consider myself an outgoing, empathetic, and hardworking person. I always like to treat my patients like family, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their journey with us. Unlike other dental procedures, orthodontic treatment requires regular visits over an average of 1.5 years. That’s why I focus on creating a welcoming and trusting environment where my patients feel at ease,and I’m always available to answer any questions they might have.

I speak Spanish, English, and Dutch, which helps me connect with our international community.

Outside of work, I have a deep love for the sea—whether it’s swimming, surfing, or scuba diving, I’m all in!
